Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SpinKit at spinkit.org. By using SpinKit you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

SpinKit is a free randomiser studio for spin wheels, slot reels, Spin Sheets and team pickers. It is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may add, change or remove features.

SpinKit is supported by advertising. We may display ads (including through Google AdSense) alongside the service; see our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Your account

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know about any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Please don't use SpinKit to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or harmful, including in profiles, shared presets, or live spin rooms;
• disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
• impersonate others or misuse other people's data.

Your content

You keep ownership of the wheels, lists and other content you create. By using cloud saves, sharing or live features, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate those features for you. Anything you publish or share via a public link or view is, by design, accessible to anyone with that link.

Intellectual property

The SpinKit software, logo and visual design are ours and protected by copyright. "SpinKit" is the brand name we use for this service. These terms don't grant you any rights to our name, logo or branding, and you shouldn't present your own product or service as SpinKit or as being affiliated with it.

Disclaimers and liability

SpinKit is provided without warranties of any kind. Spins use a fair random selection, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data — please keep your own backups of anything important.

Termination

You may stop using SpinKit at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless local law gives you other rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
