隐私政策

SpinKit（“我们”）是面向旋转转盘、老虎机卷轴、Spin Sheet 与分组挑选器的免费随机工具工作室，位于 spinkit.org。本政策说明我们收集什么、为何收集，以及你拥有的选择。我们尽量写得简短、通俗。

简要说明

SpinKit 本地优先。无需账户即可使用全部核心功能；你的转盘、老虎机、Spin Sheet、分组、结果与设置都保存在自己的浏览器中。只有在你选择创建账户或使用在线功能时，我们才会收集个人数据。

存储在你设备上的数据

默认情况下，你的内容保存在浏览器的本地存储中，不会离开设备。清除浏览器数据即可删除。这包括你的转盘、老虎机、Spin Sheet、分组、旋转历史和应用偏好。

Some larger items — such as background images, sounds and cached pictures you use in the studio — are kept in your browser's IndexedDB storage instead. It works the same way: it stays on your device and is removed when you clear this site's data in your browser.

匿名使用计数

为支持公开的统计页面，SpinKit 会保存简单的汇总计数——例如所有用户的转盘旋转、老虎机旋转与生成的 Spin Sheet 总数。未登录时，这些计数完全匿名，不会关联到你或你的设备；你旋转的条目与结果也绝不会上传。登录后，同样会为你的账户保留合计数据，便于查看个人统计。离线时的旋转会计在本机，并在下次联网时并入这些合计。

注册时我们处理的数据

• 账户详情 — 你的电子邮箱与安全哈希后的密码（我们看不到明文密码），以及用户名、显示名称，以及可选的简介与头像。
• 云保存 — 你选择同步的任何转盘、老虎机或 Spin Sheet，包括其版本历史。分组名单仍留在你的设备上。
• 社交功能 — 你创建的好友连接，以及通过短链接或公开视图发布或分享的任何预设。

实时旋转房间是临时的：聊天与旋转消息会实时转发，不会保存在我们的服务器上。

服务提供商

我们使用少数可信提供商来运营 SpinKit：

• Supabase — 账户、云保存与实时房间所用的身份验证、数据库与文件存储。
• Cloudflare — 托管、内容分发、安全，以及注重隐私的汇总流量分析（Browser Insights）。
• Google AdSense — SpinKit 网站可能在文案与内容页展示少量手动投放的 Google AdSense 广告，以维持服务免费。SpinKit 不使用 Auto ads。Google 及其合作伙伴可能使用 Cookie 或类似标识符来投放、限制频次并衡量广告，并在你同意时进行个性化。演示模式仅在演示期间隐藏广告及周围界面；退出后，常规界面与适用位置的广告会恢复。Windows 桌面应用可以保持无广告。本网站并非无广告。

Optional features that contact other services

These only happen when you use the feature. Each provider handles the request under its own privacy policy and can see your IP address when your browser contacts it directly.

• Image and sound search — your search words are sent through SpinKit's server to the library you pick (such as Openverse, Unsplash, Pexels or Pixabay). The pictures and sounds you choose are then loaded from that provider.
• Google Sheets import — when you import a sheet by its link, SpinKit's server fetches that sheet's published CSV from Google for you. The rows are used to build your Spin Sheet in your browser; we do not keep a copy.
• SpinBot's on-device model — if you choose to download it, the model files come from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). After that, your SpinBot requests are processed entirely in your browser.
• Your own AI key — if you add your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini, SpinBot sends your requests straight from your browser to that provider; they do not pass through SpinKit. The key is kept in your browser's local storage. If you turn on key sync, it is encrypted in your browser with a passphrase that never leaves your device before it is saved to your account, so we cannot read it.
• SpinBot cloud assistance — when this is available and you are signed in, advanced SpinBot requests are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. A request contains what you typed plus details of the tool you have open — for example the wheel’s title and entries, or a Spin Sheet’s title and column headings. A daily usage count is kept against your account to enforce fair-use limits.

Cookie 与广告

In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, SpinKit asks for your choice through Google’s consent management platform, which is certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. No advertising cookies are used there until you agree, and until then only limited ads that do not use cookies for personalisation may be shown. The same message lets you object to advertising purposes that Google and its ad partners carry out on the basis of legitimate interests, such as measuring how ads perform. You can change your choices at any time:

Who is responsible for your data

SpinKit is run by Callum Oulds, an independent developer in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach him at [email protected].

We rely on these legal bases under UK and EU data protection law:

• Providing the service you ask for (contract) — your account, cloud saves, share links, live rooms and any optional feature you turn on.
• Legitimate interests — keeping SpinKit secure and working, preventing abuse, enforcing fair-use limits and counting anonymous totals for the Stats page.
• Consent — advertising cookies and personalised ads where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time using the cookie choices control above.

你的权利

数据保留
